1. Purpose of this Notice
Notice is hereby given that North Yell Development Council has prepared a proposed Local Place Plan (LPP) for North Yell.
Local Place Plans are community-led proposals that focus on how local land and buildings should be used and developed in the future. Once successfully registered by the Shetland Islands Council, this plan will have a statutory role in shaping the next Shetland Local Development Plan.
2. Brief Description of the Proposed LPP
The proposed North Yell Local Place Plan sets out our community's. It includes a map defining the boundary of the plan area and details specific development proposals, which focus on:

7 Connectivity
